The Washington State ABLE Prepaid Card is offered by Central National Bank of Enid. You can reload the card with money from your ABLE account and use it for qualified expenses online or in stores all over the U.S. Learn more about what expenses qualify.
After you successfully register for your prepaid card account online, your physical card should arrive in the mail in 7-10 business days. If you don’t receive the card after 10 business days, give us a call.
Once a prepaid card is activated, you can load the card with as little as $10 and up to $15,000 of money from an ABLE account. Purchases can be made online and in stores that accept prepaid cards all over the U.S. Use the “Credit” or “Debit” options to process your transaction. You can go online and review your card account activity, balance and settings from the Card tab of the ABLE account. It’s easy to reload money and manage expenses. If you ever need to freeze or secure your account, you can do it from your account or by calling customer service. Your card must be activated within 30 days of registering for a Card Account or your Card Account will be closed.
You can only have one prepaid card connected to each ABLE account you manage or own. So, if you have an ABLE account for yourself and you’re an Authorized Legal Representative for a beneficiary who also has an ABLE account, you can have one prepaid card with your name for your ABLE account and another one for the beneficiary with both of your names on the card. Your card must be activated within 30 days of registering for a Card Account or your Card Account will be closed.
A PIN is a 4-digit security feature. A PIN is used when making PIN-based purchases like “debit” transactions. Please remember to keep your PIN safe and do not write it on your card. When selecting a PIN, do not use numbers or words that appear in your wallet (e.g., your date of birth, address, social security number). Memorize your PIN and do not share it with anyone else.
